5. CHILDREN

  • Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. Nivan AI does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided Personal Information to Nivan AI through the Service, please contact us at nivan.firm@gmail.com . We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, delete the Personal Information from our systems. If you are 13 or older but under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use our Services.
